About the opportunity

With a thorough handover and ongoing support, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to be part of a fantastic working environment in a busy team.

Some responsibilities of this role include:

• Perform account reconciliations
• Meeting month-end deadlines
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries
• Ensuring collections & credit procedures are followed
• Liaising with internal and external customers via phone & email
• Allocations of payments as required
• Credit checks on new credit applications
• Data entry
• Filing and all other admin duties

What we are looking for in you!

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
• Debt collection
• High attention to detail 
• Highly developed organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under-pressure and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry would be advantageous
