We are working with a Global Manufacturing organisation located within the Eastern Suburbs, who are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team. You will be working closely within a close-knit and tenured Finance team who are results driven and big on a positive and inclusive culture.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, as the Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
· Daily allocations and Receipting
· Daily Bank Reconciliations
· Preparation of Statements and Invoicing
· Preparation of Credit Notes and processing Claims / Rebates
· Facilitating Collection Calls
· Month End Reconciliations
· Ad hoc tasks as required
To be considered for the position
You will have demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer within an end-to-end environment, high volume and fast paced and thoroughly enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. Other attributes will include:
· Experience with large ERPs (SAP desirable but not essential)
· Strong level of excel skills - Pivots & Vlookups
· Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
· Experience within the FMCG, Manufacturing or Retail industries would be a bonus
· Experience with Claims and Rebates would be desirable
