Accounts Receivable Officer
About the opportunity
With a thorough handover and ongoing support, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to be part of a fantastic working environment in a busy team.
Some responsibilities of this role include:
- Perform account reconciliations
- Meeting month-end deadlines
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries
- Ensuring collections & credit procedures are followed
- Liaising with internal and external customers via phone & email
- Allocations of payments as required
- Credit checks on new credit applications
- Data entry
- Filing and all other admin duties
What we are looking for in you!
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
- Debt collection
- High attention to detail
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under-pressure and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry would be advantageous
