Accounts Receivable Officer

We are currently seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start. As an Accounts Receivable Officer you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process of the business and be an integral part of the finance team, so strong communication skills are essential!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes
• Receipting bank statements efficiently and accurately
• Reconciling Accounts Receivable records with the company's financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Following up with customers on outstanding invoices and late payments.
• Uploading invoices and maintaining accurate records
• Processing intercompany transfers in accordance with company policies
• Working closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to resolve issues and improve processes related to Accounts Receivable.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and clarifying payment terms with customers
• Generating reports on Accounts Receivable aging, cash flow projections, and other relevant metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes
• Strong collections experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Immediate availability to start
