Our client is an award-winning manufacturer of quality foods based in the Lidcombe area and are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to commence ASAP.
Day shift : Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Duties will include but not limited to:-
- Reconciliations and working with MYOB / XERO / SAGE
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Allocation of payments
- Invoicing, credit control and debt collection
- Using Microsoft Excel extensively
- Previous experience is essential
- Experience using SAP is essential
- All encompassing Accounts Receivable role
- Office management duties
- Payroll assistance where required
- Participation & input into team and quarterly budget meetings
- Excellent attention to detail
