About the role:
- Credit control following structured formal process.
- Sending mail merger correspondence to overdue accounts.
- Working closely with sales team to resolve outstanding debt (business to business, low risk customer base).
- Making credit decisions on customers within company guidelines.
- Contract pricing – receiving and processing customers pricing requests (data entry).
About you:
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Experience in credit control.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow process.
- Experience with TM1 and MP5 would be advantageous.
