The Springfield Anglican College (TSAC) is a coeducational K-12 school with an enrolment of approximately 1100 students. TSAC is a leading independent school in the rapidly developing growth corridor of Greater Brisbane, encompassing Springfield and surrounds. The Role
The Springfield Anglican College is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Receivable Officerto join their dedicated Accounting and Finance team. The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for the efficient and effective management, coordination, and maintenance of financial arrangements between the College and debtors whilst facilitating optimum cash flow.
The Accounts Receivable Officer will deliver a professional, customer focused Accounts Receivable service to all stakeholders. The role requires effective communication with clients in relation to payment of fees. The Accounts Receivable Officer implements policies and procedures to maintain a professional and effective Accounts Receivable function, attending to family account and debtor enquiries and providing necessary information within College policies. This is a permanent Part Time position (0.6 FTE) working 22.8 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within an educational environment along with highly developed computer literacy as it relates to accounting software. Experience in the use of the TASS School Management System or a similar program would be advantageous.

It is a mandatory requirement for the Accounts Receivable Officer to hold a current and valid Queensland Working with Children Blue Card.
