Accounts Receivable Officer

As a vital member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our financial transactions, ensuring the smooth flow of revenue, and contributing to our continued success. This is a 6-week temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position, offering stability and growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Accounts Receivable processes with precision and efficiency.
• Generating and sending invoices to clients promptly.
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitoring aging reports and following up on outstanding payments.
• Collaborating closely with internal departments to streamline financial operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within the wellness, beauty, or health industry.
• Proficiency in Netsuite software is essential for this role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
