Job Description:An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic team player to join our team as an
Accounts Supervisor. In this fast-paced and varied role your key responsibilities will include the Supervision of invoice payable processes, billing team, payroll checking and general office administration.The duties of this role include:
- Accounts payable invoice coding.
- Assisting Accountant in end of month reporting and journals
- Accounts payable accruals
- Liaise with Head Office for setting up of new suppliers and clients.
- Supervision of small accounts team.
- Check/amend/approve timesheets online and forward to Head Office for processing.
- Data entry
- Assist HR Manager when required.

- Proven experience in accounts and Finance department procedures
- Demonstrated experience in a Supervisory/Team Leader capacity.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to treat confidential information appropriately.
- Sound Microsoft Office proficiency, including intermediate Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
