About us:
The TICAA Group is an up & coming hospitality group in Western Australia. TICAA is an acronym for our values. Transparency, Inclusivity, Community, Ambition & Acknowledgement. These are our guiding compass for all decision across our group of venues.
We currently own & operate Laika Coffee, Little Laika, Lot One Kitchen, The Little Bay & Cosy Del’s, with our coffee roaster Apollo Project roasting out of Laika Coffee. Our Fremantle venue will be opening in July.
Our group has a strategic growth plan in place & this role is in our preparation for expansion.
The Role:
This role will you see working out of our office in Lathlain. Conveniently located at the back of Laika Coffee ensuring all your coffee needs are met.
- An immediate start (preferable)
- 20 hours per week
- Casual or Part-time (preference to be discussed at phone interview stage)
Key Responsibilities:
You will be working directly with our Financial Controller to assist with management of:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll
Experience & Requirements:
- 2-years-experience, in a similar role preferably for a hospitality / tourism-based business
Remuneration:
- Remuneration will be based on experience
