They are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team ideally on a long term basis for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have had strong ADP experience.

About the Role
Utilising your ADP knowledge, within various sectors, this role will enable you to carry out the following:
- Process end to end payroll efficiently and in a timely manner using ADP
- Opportunity to make process improvements with ADP
- Understand and perform Super and Tax calculations
- Have the ability to interpret complex EBA's and Awards
- Liaison with external stakeholders and third-party providers
- Answer Payroll queries when necessary
- Process leave calculations including maternity, annual and sick leave
Skills and Experience
- Experience working with ADP is essential
- Strong processing end to end payroll experience
- Experience processing New Zealand pay is also desired but not essential
- Ability to identify and make recommendations for improvements on the system
- The ability to think outside the box, take ownership and responsibility
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
