You'll be responsible for:- Providing strategic RTW advice and supporting the teams case managers in their RTW objectives
- Giving expert Injury Management advice ensuring responsiveness and quality in your decision making
- Developing and motivating staff within your team to be the best they can
- Leading initiatives that are aimed at improving team performance and culture
- Being the teams 2IC - providing leadership support and accountability to your Team Manager
- Ensure internal and external customer relationships are maintained at the highest levels.
Important to your success:
- A degree or tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field e.g. (Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Counselling/Psychology/Nursing) is essential
- Demonstrated experience in either personal injury, disability or health industry
- Experience in Workers Compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation highly desirable
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Highly developed skills in coaching, influencing and relationship building
- A drive for change and continual improvement
