Based in our Bio John store, you will be responsible for: Accounts Receivable:Apply payments to debtor accountsReconciliationFollow up of late paymentsMaintain accurate recordsMonthly reportingAccounts Payable:Data entry of supplier invoicesEmailing of invoices to Support OfficeGeneral Administration/Sales Coordinating/Customer Service:Meet & greet of visitorsAnswering of incoming callsIn absence of Store Manager, support with banking lodgmentReportingMonitoring /responding to shift arrangementsAssist sales team with adhoc marketing activityGeneral customer services and sales in storeWhen you join Petstock, you, your family and pets will be enjoy a number of benefits across not only the Petstock Group but Woolworths as well.
