**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative, Finance, and Operational Support Assistant. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our administrative, finance, and operational functions, ensuring the smooth execution of our daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Support:**
- Assist in import and export shipments by coordinating appropriate packaging and equipment in adherence to specified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize logistics processes and maintain efficient workflows.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet operational demands.
2. **Coordination and Dispatch:**
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers or agents for collections and deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals and compliance with customer expectations regarding documentation.
- Effectively communicate with drivers and agents, providing necessary information and instructions for operational success.
3. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Handle day-to-day office tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems for administrative and financial documents.
- Support office organization for a clean and efficient working environment.
4. **Finance Assistance:**
- Assist in managing financial transactions related to operational activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile operational expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support budgeting and expense tracking.
5. **Language Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to our global business interactions.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Previous experience in operational support, logistics, finance, or administration is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
**Education:**
