Hourly Rate: $35.05 - $38.21 Hours: 30 (Monday to Friday)
Children's Services are currently looking for a switched-on administration superstar to join their team on a part time basis. Does this sound like you?
Providing administration and clerical support to both Family Day Care and Occasional Care, this role will see you multitasking as you work within a childcare centre environment to:
Manage enquiries
Take bookings
Receipt payments
Maintain records
Develop and prepare various documents including newsletters and policies
Ensure the smooth and efficient collection, recording and accounting of financial transactions for the service.
And other administration tasks as required
To be successful in this position you will need:
Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification or experience)
Experience in a similar role
Current NSW Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain prior to commencement)
A satisfactory Criminal Record check.
You will be:
A strong communicator
Have excellent computer skills across a range of software packages.
Enjoy working as part of a close team.
Extremely organised
Be able to pick up new tasks quickly and have the capacity to work across a dual role in a professional manner.
