Admin Assistant

Our Client's manufacturing site require additional support in the administrative space, where the successful Candidate will be working in a fast paced environment coordinating office activities and supporting the wider team. 

• Full time Casual Contract
• Auburn location
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible start time
• Parking available
• Close proximity to Train Station and public transport

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities and respond to the needs of the business in a timely fashion
• Support the Production Manager and Document Controller in their efforts to manage office operations
• Prepare and file documentation 
• Ensure files and documents are up to date and stored 
• Manage phone calls and correspondence 
• Create and update records and databases with applicable data
• Assist and coordinate production staff where necessary

The successful Candidate

• Minimum 2 years experience as an administrator in either a Manufacturing/Production/Laboratory environment
• Competent with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Will be computer savvy and competent with digital filing solutions
• Excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal English
• High attention to detail
