Our Client's manufacturing site require additional support in the administrative space, where the successful Candidate will be working in a fast paced environment coordinating office activities and supporting the wider team.

- Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and respond to the needs of the business in a timely fashion
- Support the Production Manager and Document Controller in their efforts to manage office operations
- Prepare and file documentation
- Ensure files and documents are up to date and stored
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Create and update records and databases with applicable data
- Assist and coordinate production staff where necessary
The successful Candidate
- Minimum 2 years experience as an administrator in either a Manufacturing/Production/Laboratory environment
- Competent with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Will be computer savvy and competent with digital filing solutions
- Excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal English
- High attention to detail
