P Johnson is seeking a E-Commerce and Customer Service Coordinator who can tend to customer enquiries and oversee our growing online store.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing inbound calls and emails, fulfilling online orders for the Paddington showroom and assisting our retail team with tasks as they arise. Experience in Customer Service is preferred, but not required.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of exceptional Customer Service to all clients of P Johnson.
- Prompt management of the enquiries inbox and phone, including any associated tasks that arise.
- Assisting our tailors with client communications.
- Fulfilment of online orders, as well as management of returns and exchanges.
- Management of stock transfers between Australian showrooms.
- Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Developed organisational skills and the ability to manage an array of tasks at once.
- Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team.
- Highly empathetic and resilient, with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proactive and positive, with a strong ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
