Neo Settlements is a boutique settlement agency in Applecross. We are looking for an Admin Assistant with similar values as us – being positive, calm under pressure and wanting to have a laugh while doing it.
What is super important to us is exceptional customer service (it is all about the client), being a great communicator (on the phone not just email), and also enjoying being part of a team and supporting each other to get the job done. This role is office based and part-time (2 days per week Monday and Wednesday preferably) and we are happy to offer flexible work hours.
We are looking for someone who is organised, team focused and demonstrates close attention to detail. You need to be experienced with Microsoft Office and we are happy to provide training on the Setts Plus software used in our industry.
Your role will be to support our current Admin Assistant and the team of conveyancers primarily with answering phones, entering files, scanning and eventually document generation.
Expected salary will depend on your admin experience but we believe in rewarding you for your efforts and loyalty and also offer great flexibility with work hours.
