Armed For Life is a charitable organisation establish more than 10 years and provides a range of infrotmative presentations, programs and camps for young people from primary to high school. The work we do supports positive wellbeing and mental health, fostering resilience and self management for our youth. We are a small team and a progressive organisation. We are looking for an administration super star that thrives on getting things done, follow up and attention to detail. Work from home and/or the office - flexible arrangements can be made.
Qualifications & experience
- Min 3 years experience in an administration role with a high level of organisation and client communications
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage incoming booking enquiries and email inbox management
- Schedule Bookings into Calendar & Coordinate team members for the booking
- Liaise with clients to process & confirm their booking and any follow up information required to be sent
- Manage the appointments/meetings for the Director's calendar in conjunction with the Bookings Calendar
- Manage communications effectively with all clients and team members
- Report weekly on the status of bookings, and other relevant information
- Attend monthly or as required meetings
- Perform other general administration support as needed
