The Responsibilities
This is a great position for an administrative assistant who likes multi-tasking and enjoys working as part of a small team. The tasks will include, but are not limited to;
- Supporting Office Manager with general administration tasks
- Data entry
- Filing and scanning
- Answering telephones
- Greeting clients
- Keeping the Directors diary
- Updating spreadsheets
- Labelling
