BCR (Bacera Co Pty Ltd) is a CFD financial services company based in Sydney. We specialize in offering online Contracts-for-Difference (Forex, Precious Metals, Commodities, Shares, and Indices) trading to retail and wholesale clients.
We are seeking a professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and Secretary to join our Sydney office. This permanent full-time office-based role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities and tasks including front desk/reception and office administration.
The ideal candidate will be confident and capable of taking care of a range of technologies, a keen learner and comfortable taking on new tasks and developing their skillset. We are looking for a someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and who loves to support their business.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence,
Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
Managing meeting room availability
Assisting with client account opening and KYC process
Supporting office expense reporting for assigned managers
To be a successful candidate, you will need:
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Enthusiasm & confidence
Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently
