Address A global financial company based in the Sydney CBD are looking for a Junior Administrator to join the team to assist with adhoc administration and the running of the office. This is a temporary role with the view to go permanent long term. About the role:
Adhoc administration tasks, supporting the COO and Operations team
Maintaining office supplies
Unpack and organise merchandise
Assisting with reception at times
Assist with organising events and team activities
Recording meeting minutes
Selection Criteria:
Corporate presentation
In office 5 days
Ability to set up meeting rooms and events (moving furniture at times)
Excellent communication skills
Tech Savvy
Full working rights in Australia
