ADMIN ASSISTANT/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - Flexible around school hours, very likely to lead to extra days in the near future.

We are looking for a genuine trustworthy all-rounder with experience across all key business administration functions to fit into our energetic and growing team.
The role is a dynamic hands-on role that will encompass A/R & A/P, be backup for Payroll along with General administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable - Invoicing & NDIS invoicing, reconciling bank transactions
- Entry of Payments in Property Me
- Data entry of Accounts Payable transactions/receipts
- Back up Support for payroll (cover leave)
- Provide administrative support as required
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Help monitor Accounts emails
- Other Ad hoc duties that are required including general phone inquiries and taking messages
- Handle general inquiries and provide customer service support
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Accounts & Administration role is essential - Min 3 years’ experience
- Experience with accounting software - Xero is highly essential
- Strong Administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal with the ability to work collaboratively with your team
- Self-motivated, organised, adaptable & can multitask
- Problem solving skills with a pro-active attitude
