Administrative Legend Needed - Evolutio Sports Physio
Location: Evolutio in Richmond
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (1-7pm), Friday mornings (8-2pm)
Are you a multitasking maestro with a passion for healthcare and customer service? Evolutio Sports Physio is seeking a dynamic Administrative Manager to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly. Basically, we have a team of rowdy Physiotherapists, and we need someone to keep us all in check.
You'll be responsible for doing the everyday admin tasks as below, but we really need someone who can go above and beyond. Who shows initiative, someone who is interested in healthcare, someone who wants to connect with the team, builds relationships with clients and continues to help us be the best Physio clinic in the Southern Hemisphere.
Anyway, here's a list of some of the things you'll need to do blindfolded (just joking)
Responsibilities:
Client Booking and Billing: Handle client bookings efficiently, ensuring schedules are organised and appointments are managed effectively. Manage client billing processes.
Supporting Physiotherapists: Provide administrative support to our team of physiotherapists, assisting with tasks as needed to ensure smooth client flow and optimal patient care.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, providing information, and ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
Brewing Excellence: Prepare and serve coffee for clients, creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere in our clinic.
Social Media Assistance: Assist in managing our social media presence, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and helping to create content that showcases our services and expertise.
Requirements:
Administrative Wizardry: Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, with a knack for organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to ensuring every client's needs are met.
Initiative: An ability to use initiative and be proactive if something looks like it needs to be done.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. As well as build relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with booking software, billing systems, and basic social media platforms.
Barista Skills (or willingness to learn!): If you can make coffee, you're already in our good books.
Flexibility: Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (1-7pm), as well as Friday mornings.
