The opportunityYou’ll work directly with this international firm’s Australian Head of Ops and its Australian Office Staff Partners to ensure the smooth-running of business services functions across Australia.
Your role will have a focus on HR, BD and Facilities coordination. You'll run the administration around recruitment, onboarding and L&D. You'll will also also gain daily exposure to areas as diverse as operations, facilities, IT and finance.
This is therefore a really well-rounded admin support position that will offer variety and new daily challenges, giving you the breadtj of experiencei to contuinue a career
You'll be part of a close-knit team in a supportive and professional firm and work with a great mentor.
This position is offered on a 12-month contract with a Feb 2024 start. Interviewing in early Jan.
You’ll bring
Perhaps you’re an experienced EA or Admin Support Professional looking for a diverse support opportunity.
Perhaps you’re a HR or practice management professional at the early stage of your career looking for a position that offers genuine breadth?
Either way you’ll offer:
- At least three years in a business services or admin support role within a professional services firm;
- Exceptional administrative skills;
- Problem solving skills and huge amounts of initiative;
- The ability to work on multiple projects;
- Experience in a Law Firm or a firm with a Partnership structure would be viewed favourably
