Boandik is the largest Residential Aged Care, Community Care, and Disability Service provider in the Limestone Coast, employing over 500 staff. Our Administration Services Team interacts with staff, management, visitors, and, most importantly, residents.

About the role:

About You:
- Experience working in an administration role within Aged Care, Health, and Community Services (highly regarded).
- Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our residents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use database and procurement systems for booking, reporting, and administration purposes.
- Excel in fast-paced admin/customer service/reception roles
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, with a knack for conflict resolution and relationship building
- Skilfully multitask and adapt to changing high-volume environments
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
- Values teamwork
- Proficient computer skills using the Google suite of programs and the ability to use various in-house databases and other software applications.
