About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Administration Support to join our team to assist in providing support to our clients. As an Administration Support, you will be responsible for aiding Financial Planners in meeting the client’s financial goals, through delivery of customer service, use of superannuation, insurance and internal platforms. This role would suit someone who has prior experience within the financial services sector and wants to evolve their skills even further.
The position on offer is full time . Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with Financial Planners, superannuation funds, insurance companies and clients for data collection, documentation gathering, generating, completing and to assist in the implementation of advice
- Preparing client review documents
- Sending, receiving and actioning digital and physical mail
- Work with the Team Leader to achieve business needs, goals and objectives
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
