Your new role
- PA Duties to General Manager and Director of Operations
- Meet and greet clients
- Assisting with accounts and liaising with the finance department
- Invoicing
- Email correspondence
- Assisting with the operations team where required
- Ensure the smooth running and management of the office
What you'll need to succeed
- Computer-literate
- The ability to work independently
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Minimum 4 years experience in Administration is essential
