We are an established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company with technicians working in the greater Brisbane area, in both the commercial and domestic sectors.
We provide installation, maintenance and servicing of all air conditioning brands, and also large project installations.
About the role
Part-time role 25-30 hours per week. Days and hours are flexible
- Provide administrative support to technicians
- Deliver high quality customer service by phone and email
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of jobs into custom application
- Generating invoices and quotations through Xero
- Correlating Payables through Xero
- Payroll and Petty Cash through Xero
- Other general office duties as needed
Skills and experience
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective data management & handling of confidential information
- Computer literate including Xero and Microsoft Office
- Trade or Building Industry background highly regarded, however not essential
- Must be reliable
This role would suit someone who can work autonomously
Pay based on experience
Work from home with IT equipment supplied
Start May 2024
The successful applicant will be trained in all facets of their role as part of their induction and also have ongoing support.
