Who we are:
Capital Hydrotherapy specialises in hydrotherapy, aquatic physiotherapy, exercise physiology and rehabilitation. We provide water-based exercise programs designed by Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists to manage chronic and acute pain, pre & post operative conditions, autoimmune conditions, prehabilitation, systemic viral symptoms (to name a few).
Based out of Deakin, we are a collegiate team of 12 providing a range of services such as hydrotherapy, sports medicine, HYDROLATES ™️ (aquatic pilates); and strength and rehabilitation conditional training. What defines US is our energy and care to customise programs for our patients.
The role:
The role is required to:
- Respond to patient bookings and enquires in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage claims to Medicare and DVA, processing of workers compensation claims, and all private billings
- Maintain front of house reception duties, by greeting and processing payments for patients
- Oversee the kitchen facilities including maintaining stock levels, cleanliness and making tea and coffee for patients
- Exercise confidentiality with regards to patient care and all aspects of the practice
- Issue patient invoices/receipts
- Care for our indoor plants ;)
