Role: Administration and Support Coordinator
Classification: Clerks Private Sector Award -MA0000002 Level 1
Rate: 40,000-60,000AUD
Full time position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. 38 hrs minimum/week.
Qualification: Minimum 12 months in similar role
Duties:
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
