Workfront are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for an outgoing, responsible person who has a passion for customer service. This position will be Monday to Friday and hours are negotiable but up to 38hrs per week.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Provide counter/reception support for the local office
- Assisting payroll/account officer with general payroll and account duties
- Performing day-to-day administrative duties
Experience:
- Basic bookkeeping skills
- Knowledge and experience of MYOB
To be considered for this position, you would ideally have:
- High level of customer service & attention to detail
- Positive attitude, friendly nature and true passion for customer service
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Excellent Communication, time management & PR skills
