Administration Assistant

Bodyfix Physiotherapy & Performance Rehab is located in Domain Central, Townsville QLD and we are looking for an enthusiastic Administration/Assistant who can not only manage general reception duties but who also provide vital support to our clinical staff. The Administration/Assistant role is the welcoming face of the company and the first point of contact for all clients. 

The Administration/Assistant role is full time with all training provided. The successful applicant will have an administrative professional background and an energetic personality, an essential aspect of our culture at Bodyfix Physiotherapy. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Manage daily administrative duties efficiently
• Assisting the clinical team of physiotherapists
• Assisting the Practice Manager and Director, working with a collaborative and highly communicative team to propel our services and development forward
• Be an ambassador for the Bodyfix values and provide the highly quality of experience for our clients
• Manage social media content

• Proficient at Microsoft
• Ability to adapt and change in fast paced working environments

• Friendly, positive, caring attitude to all persons in clinic
• Efficient time management
