Gladstone Gymnastics Club is hiring an Administration Assistant to assist with the Club's administration duties (approx. 20 hrs per week).
The Administration Assistant undertakes a range of administrative support responsibilities to assist the club’s management functions and gymnastics programs. This position will be required to use organisational skills to assist multiple functions and collaborate with members, staff and committee as required to ensure the Gladstone Gymnastics Club’s day-to-day administration operations run as smoothly as possible.
Applicants will need to be available for work throughout our normal office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 8.30-12.30am).
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Personal Attributes Required For This Position:
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work unsupervised, cooperate with others and adopt a best practice approach to your position;
- Previous experience with administration / bookkeeping and customer service;
- Previous experience working with a variety of computer systems including but not limited to Microsoft Word & Excel and Reckon / Quickbooks or another accounting software.
