As a newly created position, MASPRO is now seeking the services of a part-time Administration Assistant reporting to the Workshop Manager, supporting the Wetherill Park team.
About the Job
- Reception duties
- Phone calls incoming and outgoing
- Mail/correspondence
- General enquiries, taking messages, transferring calls
- Emails
- Stationery supplies, groceries/kitchen general supplies /cleaning supplies/other purchases
- Purchasing of supplies and equipment for Wetherill Park
- General Administration duties
- Running errands eg mailing, picking up supplies from shops
- Sales and marketing assistance – merchandise, sponsorships, events etc
- Birthdays– Wetherill Park
- Assist with organising and setting up of Staff events in Wetherill Park, BBQ’s lunches etc..
- Some Cleaning Duties
Hours will be part-time, 24 hours per week.
Flexible hours can be discussed but ideally Monday to Thursday 9:00-15:00.
About You
As the successful candidate you are detailed focused with a positive and collaborative attitude, and have a passion for order and all things administration.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Certificate III in Business Administration highly advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in an administration position
- Excellent communication skills– written and spoken English
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Drivers License
- Organisational skills and time management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Self-motivated with a positive “can do “attitude
- Punctual and well Presented
