Job description:
The Administrative Support Assistant assists in undertaking a variety of correctional administrative tasks. Responsibilities include, but not limited to general administrative tasks including switchboard, counter enquiries, visit bookings, data entry, telephone enquiries and records management.
The requirements of this position is to ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times, utilise your proven experience and knowledge to meet the demands of this role effectively and provide high level assistance to the Management team. Resilience, high attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes required in this fast paced role.
