- Basic Mac computer experience
- Good organisational skills
- Self-motivated

- Works well alone and with a team
- Previous administration experience
- Specific on the job training will be provided
Tasks & responsibilities
- Entering leads to assist sales
- Entering calendar information for installations
- Calling and following up customers to assist with customer service
- Data entry for required applications and forms
- Receiving phone calls and taking information
- Liaising with customers keeping them informed
