The RoleThey are now seeking a driven Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their close knit team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to their clients and administrative assistance to a team of Accountants.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones and liaising with clients
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Drafting letters and correspondence
- Collating tax returns
- Liaising with the ATO in regards to client queries
- Following up on outstanding documentation and signatures from clients
- Updating client information on the database
- Lodgements of BAS/IAS and income tax returns
- Preparing letters
- Preparing documents to be sent out to clients
- Ordering stationary and consumables for the office
- Booking meetings and ensuring the office is kept in a tidy manner
- Scanning, filing and archiving
- Any other adhoc administration duties as required.
- Previous experience working in an accounting firm.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive and hard working attitude
- Be a people person and love talking to new people
- High attention to detail
