Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including file management, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and redirecting as necessary.
- Receptionist duties, including greeting clients and coordinating appointments and conferences as required.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and assist in coordinating other business operation vendors.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in managing travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support coordination of staff training and records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, working within a team and independently.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
