Our office located in Morayfield is expanding and so we are looking for our next Administration superstar.
Operating from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, we require a full-time Administration Assistant.
The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team. They also will be able to follow instructions, spell, touch type, be computer literate and willing to learn.
Ideally the candidate will have a minimum typing speed of 55-60 words per minute with 98% accuracy.
The position involves:
- Filing of client and office documents;
- Photocopying/scanning;
- Enclosures;
- Processing outgoing mail;
- Collating Briefs for Barristers and Courts;
- Tasks outside of the office such as banking, lodging documents, court filings, etc.
A full outline of the position will be provided at the interview and we offer full training however previous legal experience is an advantage. Legal Services Award applies.
The successful candidate must live on the northside of Brisbane.
