Administration Assistant

Category 5 is seeking Administration Assistants for Tom Price and Paraburdoo to start from the 1st to the 14th of April for leave coverage.

Category 5 Labour Management is a locally owned and operated labour hire business, supplying trades and maintenance personnel to various industries within Port Hedland and surrounding Pilbara towns.
Our client is in the Health Industry and seeking experienced Administrator Assistants to support in various areas of their business. Our client strives to provide high quality care for the regional communities in Western Australia in the Health Sector.
We are currently seeking Administrators local to Tom Price and Paraburdoo for leave coverage from the 1st to the 19th of April.
Duties:

• Provide clerical support to Visiting Specialists clinics. This includes preparing files, phoning patients to confirm appointments and data entry.
• Provides clerical assistance to Nursing staff as required.
• Data entering & scanning all medical records daily.
• Maintains Medical Records in appropriate order and confidentiality.
• Answering of switchboard, transferring calls and taking messages. Managing telehealth and organising meeting room bookings.
• Attending reception desk for public enquiries. Managing vehicle bookings, ensuring keys are collected and returned in accordance to booking.
• Collect mail and distributes outgoing mail including courier mail as required.
• Assist with accommodation & flight bookings as required.
• Ordering general supplies and stationery
• Utilising records managers for invoicing and accounts payable.
• Assisting end of month accruals

To be considered applicants must be meet the following criteria:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Current Drivers Licence
• Current National Police Clearance
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
• Full working rights within Australia
