We have an amazing temp opportunity based at Enoggera that is available for an immediate start.
We think this client is fantastic where you can be part of an authentic and down to earth team who love what they do. This is a varied administrative role working either 3 or 4 days per week (you chose the days). For the right person, this role could turn into a permanent role.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- General documentation and spread sheeting using Word and Excel
- Be the go-to for staff throughout their organisation nationally
- Accounts Payable duties
- Travel arrangements
- Facilities management
- Communicate with various stakeholders including tradies, travel agents and the like
- Database maintenance
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
To be considered, you must possess the following:
- Proven Administration experience
- Ideally you will have some general accounts experience (AP ideal)
- Available to start ASAP
- Happy to work 3 or 4 days per week
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate use of Word and Excel
- Current Blue Card a must
