We are looking for a new addition to our growing team in a very important Administration role.
What would you be doing?
- Assisting our Receptionist with front of house duties such as greeting clients, answering/directing telephone calls and mail management
- Filing/photocopying/scanning and maintaining our online document management system
- Onboarding new clients ensuring they feel welcome and supported through the process while completing the administrative tasks
- Assisting with establishing new job setups for clients
- Assisting with value-added services we provide to our clients (corporate compliance, audit insurance) in establishing and maintaining administrative requirements of these services
- Assisting with invoicing to clients and managing payment gateway and direct debit subscriptions
- Learning and supporting our Admin team to help cover their duties as required
- Other general administrative duties to support the team as required
What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 2-3 years of previous Reception/Administration
- Professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Significant attention to detail and accuracy
- Organisational abilities and ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Excels at working to processes and completing checklists
- Proactive approach, enthusiastic attitude and a team player
The Position
- Permanent part-time position
- 24-25h per week, with the potential for more as the role develops
