The FirmOur client is an Chartered Accounting firm based in the South-East suburbs. They specialise in business services, self managed super funds and tax accounting and have a wide variety of different clients they deal with. They are in an exciting phase of growth and as such are now looking for somebody to join their Administration team!
The Role
Working closely with the Practice Manager you be joining a great administration team of 3, you will be responsible for delivering quality administration outcomes including, but not limited to:
- Maintenance of client database and internal records
- Prepare client invoices
- Typing and preparation of client documentation
- Assist with collating
- Assist with preparing tax compliance obligations
- Liaising with the ATO
- Filing and scanning
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining client confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Maintaining internal control systems
- Support the Practice Manager as required
- Experience within an accounting firm working in a similar role
- Knowledge of the ATO Portal will be highly regarded
- Interested in furthering your administrative career
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail
