Reporting to the Executive Assistant we are seeking a Casual Administrative Assistant that will provide administrative support to our West Perth business and support the Executive Assistant with office management duties. The successful candidate must be able to commence on Monday, 17 June 2024.

The Role
As an experienced Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Executive Assistant/Office Manager and to the wider West Perth office.
We are seeking an individual who is experienced in:
- Formatting of documentation including Word and PowerPoint presentations
- Raising Purchase Orders for our Legal and Approvals teams
- Assisting with administrative duties
- Providing additional support to the Senior Leadership team
- Providing assistance with calendar management
- Management of meeting rooms & kitchen duties
- Supporting the Office Manager in desk allocations for all new starters
- Booking couriers and assistance in managing company parking
About You:
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of Administration experience. We are seeking a collaborative, team player that has great communication skills and initiative. Additionally, you will have a high level of attention to detail, be able to follow processes and have demonstrated enthusiasm and productivity in the workplace. Legal Secretary experience is highly desirable.
You must demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and the ability to work in a complex team environment.
You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
