Administration Assistant – Centre of Inspired Learning
Permanent Full-time – 80 hours per fortnight
Classification: Administration Officer Grade 1 (HS1)
Award: Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual to join the Centre of Inspired Learning team in this ongoing role. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and outstanding administration support.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualifications / Experience
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of effective, efficient and confidential clerical and administrative support; ability to use initiative and flexibility with a high level of attention to detail.
Specialist Expertise
- High level competence in Microsoft Office programs and other programs utilised by COIL
- Demonstrated excellence in phone techniques and etiquette with a customer service focus
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to initiate review of systems and procedures as applicable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personal Qualities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to be flexible and attentive to the varied and changing requirements of a busy office environment.
