About the role:
The Administration Assistant Position is an integral part of GV Health and provide valuable administrative support to the Clinical Director of General Surgery, Clinical Director of Orthopaedics and two of the Surgical Nurse Unit Managers. The role will provide proficient and professional administrative support, meeting and diary management, organising meetings and interviews, data entry, ensuring accurate and timely document flow and correspondence management.
We are looking for:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Work effectively as a team member and also independently when required.
- Able to competently use multiple IT products and platforms, including clinical products and Microsoft Office suite.
