Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are seeking applications for an Administration Assistant to primarily assist the Office Manager.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Office Manager this is a Full-Time position from 7am to 2pm Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will be well organised and keen to learn the processes of the business, attention to detail and can do customer service attitude and work part of a team.
Your day-to-day routine will consist of the following:
- Print daily Sales Orders and put in warehouse/butchers sleeves
- Process Sales Orders
- Check Margins on Sales Orders
- Communicate with Customers on the phone and in writing
- Email daily invoices at the end of the day
- Match Sales Orders with Picking sheets and file in chronological order
- Prepare stationary and office supplies orders for approval
- Complete ‘Incoming Meat Weight Form’ to from incoming deliveries and match invoice
Candidate Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as an Administration Assistant.
- Must have strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in fast paced environment.
