About the role
- Part time position (school hours 25 hours a week)
- Sunshine Coast Head Office
This role is a Administration Assistant - HSE/HR & Maintenance. It is ideally an office allrounder and duties could include but to limited to:
- Advertise, screen and shortlist candidates
- Onboard new employees through Company induction processes
- Booking services for light vehicles, plant & equipment
- Arrange maintenance and replacement parts
- Maintenance of basic Company records.
- Management of incoming electronic mailboxes and distribution.
- Coordinate with managers to organise and arrange staff travel, accommodation and car hire requirements.
- Management of mobile phone register, tablets and email accounts
- Stationary ordering
- Assist with WHS system maintenance as required
- Assist staff with general administration activities
Skills and experience
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and cloud based applications
- Highly developed oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills
- Ability to attend accurately to a variety of tasks at the one time and work in an effective and efficient manner.
- Proven ability to work as an effective team member.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
- Pro-active self-starter with the ability to exercise appropriate confidentiality, judgement and initiative.
- Be mechanically minded to understand the different types of plant & equipment
