ATC Offshore is an Australian and International Training Provider focusing primarily on the safe operation of offshore and onshore cranes, rigging and safe lifting operations. We seek the services of an enthusiastic professional to assist in the day-to-day activities of our Cockburn office. Start date the 15th of April 2024.

Key Responsibilities are:
• Taking inbound calls
• Making outbound calls
• Filing and archiving
• Greeting and directing visitors, students and clients to the organisation
• Prepare course paperwork for trainers
• Maintain the stock of course material and manuals for all courses
• Stationery and office supplies orders
• Photocopying & Scanning
• Meeting minutes
• Student enrolments & payments
• Managing the day-to-day office administration
• Office errands
Key Requirements are:
• Preferred experience working in a training company environment
• Experience using Axcelerate system or similar highly regarded
• Experience using Xero or similar accounting system beneficial but not essential
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong level of organisational attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• High level time management skills
• Be a resourceful and enthusiastic team player
• Maturity, professionalism, and confidence in your ability
• Experience in a customer service role
